Thanks for shopping at anissawilson.com. Your support is greatly appreciated. ArtSea, LLC  wants to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re browsing, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at anissawilson.com. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at anissawilson.com, you agree to the terms set forth below, along with anissawilson.com’s Privacy Policy.


  1. Replacements

Upon receiving your purchase, if an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at artseabyani@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving the order to be eligible to receive a replacement item or a refund (see specifications for refunds below). You are not required to return any items eligible for a replacement. 

You are also not required to pay for shipping for replacement items.

To start the replacement process, please email artseabyani@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving the item, with the following information below:

  • Subject line: “Replacement Request- [Order #]” 

  • Your name

  • Shipping address

  • A short description of the damage/defect

  • Clear images of the damage/defect


2. Refunds & Cancellations

ArtSea, LLC commits ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects, and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.
Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order and issue a full refund. Refunds will be returned to the original method of payment used. 

We carry out thorough quality checks before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time, we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit.

If an item arrives damaged and/or defective, please contact us at artseabyani@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving the order to be eligible to receive a replacement item or a refund. Refunds for damaged/defective items will not include the cost of shipping. 

You are not required to return any items eligible for refunds. Refunds for eligible orders will be refunded to the original payment method used.

If eligible for a refund for damaged and/or defective items, the refund will only be the value of the item purchased and the sales tax paid. Not the cost of shipping. 

Refunds will not be issued for any other reason, other than damaged and/or defective items and canceled orders (whether canceled by ArtSea, LLC or the Customer).

We follow certain policies to ensure transparency, efficiency, and quality customer care:

  • We DO NOT allow returns on sold products - online or at pop-up events.

  • Full refunds are only given for canceled orders- (applicable to online orders only)

  • If eligible for a refund (not including canceled orders), the customer must have reached out within 10 days of receiving the order

  • No refunds at pop-up events.

  • We DO NOT exchange any of our products.

  • We DO NOT engage in reselling used products and discourage the same because we cannot ensure the best quality products for our customers.

  • If you cancel an order before we process it and dispatch it for shipping, a full refund can be processed. Orders generally take 1-4 days to process before dispatch.

  • Orders already in shipping cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • If you face any issues with an item that has arrived damaged/defective, please contact artseabyani@gmail.com within 10 days to receive either a replacement item or a refund.

  • Any replacement or refund requests received after the 10-day window, will not be honored.

Should we update, amend or make any changes to this refund policy, so that it accurately reflects our Service and policies, unless otherwise required by law, those changes will be prominently posted here. Then, if you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Return & Refund Policy. If you do not want to agree to this or any updated Return & Refund Policy, please refrain from making a purchase on the Site.
